My Idea of A Perfect Weekend

As the subject goes, my perfect weekend should be filled with music,fun and drinks!

And my last weekend was a perfect example!

On Friday,which is my favourite day of the week cause i get to sing at Ark Cafe, two groups of friends came down to support giving me a pleasant surprise! did not expect it and we had loads of fun that night trying to fulfill song requesting and cracking lame jokes. (:x to my 党员: Dylan esp.) hahaa.

On Saturday! I went to this dance class over at the Groove Dance School, which is a groupon dance class that has been given to me a few months back! its my first lesson with them for a Pussycat dolls exotic dance course and i was amazed by how pretty and classy the design of the studio was.  Exactly what im looking for in a dance studio. The dance class was just one hour, but it has managed to cause me to have aches all over my thighs and calves. lol. think age is really catching up with me.

The warm up took about half an hour, and the actual dance routine was another half.  In the past, i have only tried on hip hop before, not really on this kind of exotic, sexy, catsy dance. lol. love it!

And so the routine we learnt was this.

The dance was exactly the same as the MV! slurps. 

We learnt body waves,and the flicking of hair and head. oh man, my neck was aching after that too! lol.

Really fun! There was pole dancing class going on next to us, kinda tempted to learn that too. perhaps ill just learn level 1 just to get a feel and know what is it like. Think i wont be able to pull myself up the pole as much as i wish i can. lol. :x

And my saturday night was filled with loads of laughter and drinks! haha.. went over to Switch, and there was this mixed performance of English and Mandopop by the Little Green Frog Band! Enjoyed myself thoroughly, except for the fact that we wait really long for seats :( But its cause of the accompany and thats why it doesnt seem as long and bad. hahaa..

After we are done with Switch, we went over to this RedAntz KTV pub , my recommendation -_- haaha. i was so scared that i brought my friends to the wrong place. lol. but i guess all of us did enjoy ourselves over 2 jugs of beers, just that the long wait for our turn to sing was pretty tedious. hahaha.

We went off about three plus and i reached home at about 4plus before sleeping at 6am!

Oh man.. and on sunday i was supposed to teach from 2 to 6pm. lol. the first thing when i dragged myself out of house was to grab a big bottle of coffee. hahhaa.

Saw these cute maos outside ark! and they were staring at me. so cute, but there was no one beside me to share my excitement of seeing those maos. hahaa.

class went on pretty well with active students asking questions and all so it wasnt so torturous for me to keep on talking lol. glad that there were students who asked me for more information on personal one to one classes! :)

A well-spent weekend to me!
